Del Pilar’s Covered Court Lighting Project
On October 2013, Village to Village Ministries enters in a mission partnership with the Local government of Brgy. Del Pilar, Municipality of Cagdianao, Dinagat Islands Province to a project called “Multi-purpose Covered Court Lighting Project”.
coordination thru Sis. Lanie Bradfielddonated an amount of 30,000 Php for wiring installation, less wattage but expanded brightness LED bulbs, a circuit breaker house/ fuse box and labor cost for this project enough to lighten the Multi-purpose Covered Court of Brgy. Del Pilar.
The participation of the Local Government and the Barangay Office of Del Pilar with much help of their Barangay Chairman “Captain Harrey Navarra”, committed to organize lighting control system, utility and maintenance of this said project.
From that day on up to this present day this Multi-purpose Covered Court serves as a venue for the natives in Barangay as a Sports Venue for both Youth and Adults, also a venue for their special meeting and recreation such as Barangay Fiesta, Christmas Party and Celebrations, open also for Wedding Receptions and Religious activities of Village To Village Ministries such as: Evangelism Crusade, Evangelistic Film Showing, Youth Sports Fellowship and some special gatherings.
This Multi-purpose Covered Court serves also as a venue for a higher Government Office and Government Official’s that visit the humble village of Del Pilar to promote and extend their programs beneficial for the people, even for all the NGO’s (Non-Government Organizations) who visited Brgy. Del Pilar are welcome to conduct programs here.
As for all the brethren and support partners of Village To Village Ministries this is another success story, mission and ministry that gives Glory & Honor to our Great and Gracious God.
